Bought a home from them back in 2017, was supposed to close in 2019. Finally closed in Feb/2020 and when we moved in, it was a disaster. We had to report more than 50 items in our 30 days Tarion report. Even the PDI was a joke, we kept pointing out things sand they kept saying oh you can report that in the 30 day Tarion report. Even after reporting the list to Tarion, it took them 2.5 years to fix everything, of course pandemic played some role but 2.5 years is still outrageous. They knew how to play the system. The pattern was a sub-contractor would start the project and then leave mid-way in 2-3 days because Sabrina homes would never pay them. And this was not just once it was a pattern with every sub-contractor in every aspect of the project (we spoke to most of them when they were leaving). They just know how to play the system. Every time that Tarion would follow up, they would say oh the sub-contractor left mid-way, Tarion had no way to find out why. Buyer beware stay away from such fraudulent builders, our system is not equipped to deal with such smart fraudsters. Half of their google review is from their own staff members.
