Hired GTB to complete first floor addition back in spring 2017. Project was not completed in a timely fashion. Payment structure is unfair/unethical. Subtrades threaten to file leans even before substantial completion. Many deficiencies which were corrected by client. Did not meet any of the representatives from GTB other than meeting one coordinator for money/milestone pickup.
