This is the second time we have used Urban Rush Movers while moving house. We were all stressed out about moving when we called Mike Kamal, their Sales Manager, He was so calm and pleasant to deal with. After talking to him, we felt at ease as he talked us through the moving process, and told us that they will look after the whole project including packing our goods. On the day of move, his operation manager phoned around 15 minutes before their arrival time to let us know that they were on their way. It was great to hear from them. They arrived 5 minutes before they were scheduled. When they arrived, without wasting anytime they made a list of the items they needed to move and started moving them straightaway. We offered them tea or coffee, they said they did not want to waste any time. The team of movers was absolutely fabulous, very professional, and pleasant to deal with. They looked after our goods as the goods were their own. They arrived at our new home before we did. That was great. The packing material they supplied was of good quality and reasonably priced. We would recommend Urban Rush to all our friends and relatives. It’s a great company to work with and we will use them again. Thank you to Mike and his team. They made our life easier.
