We had issues with corroded pipes under the kitchen sink. After several attempts to repair myself, I was unsuccessful and contacted Award Plus. I received a call back from Alex who reviewed pictures of the problem, he quoted the cost during our call and we scheduled him to do the repair. Alex was extremely professional and communicated all details of the job to be done. . He came the same day he called and repairs the plumbing issue in a quick and efficient manner. The price quoted was what we paid!! We are referring AwardPlus to our building manager for other residents to use and will be requesting Alex’s services again for installing an RO system.
