My father, who is now deceased had hired Let it Rain in 2013 to repair his flat roof on his home that he designed and built in 1970. During the repair my father always commented to me on the professionalism of work being performed, specifically how thorough they were in every aspect of the job. He was an architect, so he knew what to look out for. Fast forward now to 2020 and I called due to a bubble that appeared in one corner. My contact was through email and the very next day I was contacted by Bruno who told me that I would hear from them later in the week to schedule a time to look at the problem. As promised, I was indeed contacted by a very kind and professional lady, Chanelle stating they would be over in a day or two.... next day their senior technician AJ ( who worked on the roof in 2013) came out, looked at the problem, also noted their were some cracks in the brick work that may have been a cause of the small leak into the carport. After 3 hrs. he had the problem fixed and even patched up the area on the brick. I can understand why my father initially hired Let it Rain as they are truly a “top notch” ( as my dad would say) company. Exceptional from the beginning to the very end. Thanks again Bruno, Chanelle and AJ.

I was recommended this company from a company that I bought my fireplace insert from and I have absolutely no regrets. They came between the time promised and eagerly got to work as soon as they arrived. Jeremy was the one cleaning the fireplace and was very neat and respectful of the area he was working in. He gave such great feedback about what he did and answered all of our questions professionally and did not rush us when we were inquiring about general good fireplace practices. He left the area clean - you would not even know he was dealing with ALOT of old fireplace filth. Thank you Jeremy and your co- worker. Will definitely hire A-1 Heritage Chimney Sweeps again.

Our ducts had never been cleaned in over 40yrs and wanted a company that could handle this situation. Superior Air Duct Cleaning was the wise choice. They arrived on the date and the time promised and they did it with enthusiasm and courtesy beyond expectations. We were fortunate to have Helder and Nester complete the work. I cannot say enough about Helders attention to detail. Right from the start he was courteous and I had a good feeling that we were being taken care of properly. He showed incredible consideration for the property and the work that had to be performed. He kindly explained right from his introduction as to what he and Nester were going to do. It was evident that Helder wanted to create a long term relationship with his customer and that we were not just "another job". If you have become hesitant about getting a duct cleaning company out of fear of being ripped off, do not worry with Superior.... you will have wished you called them sooner. There is no doubt in my mind that I will not only use them again, but will tell others about their "Superior" work ethic!k
