We were very happy with the installation of our ecobee smart thermostat. KDMY was the only company we contacted that knew that this thermostat comes with an adapter that prevents a c-wire from needing to be run to the furnace unit, which would have made it a larger and dirtier job. Mike was great. He arrived on time, was very friendly, walked us through every step and tested it's functionality before leaving. Perhaps we'll see you guys again!

We had a great experience with Art from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and worked with you to make sure you got the results you wanted. The engineered hardwood floors in our new home were too young to replace but needed a facelift so we hired Art to sand, stain and seal them. This involved removing the glass railings throughout the home and replacing them at the end. We were given three opportunities to make sure we liked the colour. It looks great! Art was also courteous enough to text even if he was only running ten minutes behind schedule. Our interactions with Levi (Levi's flooring) was great too. Levi encouraged us to keep an eye on one area that was showing signs of water damage. The workspace was left clean other than the thin layer of dust which naturally permeates the home with a job like this.

My experience with Roman was literally the best experience I've had with a vendor from HomeStars. I really appreciated the texts to confirm my appointment and arrival time. He was on time, worked quickly and explained the process as he went. He was knowledgeable and cut the new keys in his car. We had 3 locks rekeyed and one replaced. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future.
