I needed a new roof this year and filled out online requests for quote with 4 different companies. One company still hasnt made contact, another I had to chase for 2 weeks, another made contact 1 day later via email, and Ridge Meadows? Trevor called me within hours to set up an appointment. He came the next day and provided a written quote. Impressive. It would be a full 2 weeks later before I had even 1 other quote to compare with. Trevor by far had the best quote. I looked all over for reviews and even looked at BBB ratings, all of which Ridge Meadows excelled in. Trevor always made himself available to answer any of my questions honestly and without pressure and He had great advice from his years of experience. The other companies would try to sell me on their company by trying to make the others sound bad. I really dont like this kind of sales. We decided to go with Trevor and his crew based on these factors, not just on price. He started earlier than expected, finished earlier than quoted, and did a great job. They did a great job cleaning up too, If the disposal bin wasnt there, I wouldnt even have known they were here. We are very happy with our choice to go with Ridge Meadows Roofing, and you will be too!

My Dryer stopped working (again) on Friday night. Saturday morning I started looking for repair companies in my area to call. I found NewTech Appliance LTD on Homestars and saw they were very highly rated (now I know why!) and figured I'd give them a call. I called the office about 8:45 Saturday morning, and was told they could help and that a technician will call me before 11:00 to set up an appointment. 15 minutes later I get a call from the technician Rohit. He said he could be at my house between 10 and 12 that day and he would call when he was close. Wow, same day service? I've never had that before. I received another call from Rohit about 10:30 and he said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Ok, I'm impressed so far, this is great! Rohit showed up when he said he would, he was professional, polite and friendly. He got to work right away and had a diagnosis in minutes. He explained to me the problem, gave me a total cost to repair and actually had the required part in his car. Holy, this is amazing! I told him to go ahead and a little while later, my dryer was up and running again, Rohit had the invoice prepared, went over it with me, took my payment and he was on his way... and it wasn't even noon yet!! Outstanding! I'm so impressed with NewTech Appliance that they are now my ONLY choice for appliance repair. Do yourself and your appliances a favour and make them your choice too. You too will be as impressed as I am. Thank You Rohit and NewTech! Truly amazing service.
