Sam is very professional and knowledgeable about furnaces and air conditioning systems. He replaced a faulty part in my furnace, and tuned it. It works much better now. He was very polite and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He also kindly advised me on fixing a problem with my water heater for free! which was very helpful. I will definitely contact him again in the future, if needed.
