On the hottest week of the 2018 summer our furnace blower motor gave it up and so we also had no AC. We called Mark Thursday afternoon and he came by that evening. The next day he fixed our problem and we were back in the cool that night. This is our second time contacting Mark and we’re glad we did! Always quick to take the time to help us. I had Pat from Advanpro come out to service our furnace and clean the vents. He arrived on time and was quick and professional going about his duties. He explained to me in easy terms about a humidifier issue. I found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely have them back again!

Our AC gave it up on a Friday afternoon. I called DHL and Mark came out early that evening. He came back the next day and installed our new AC unit on Saturday afternoon. There were no surprises with what he quoted us. We were totally happy with his service and professionalism. He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of good information going forward.
