I wanted an all electrical replacement for our current natural gas system. These guys are great, from advising us on the heat pump replacement heating and AC as well as for water heating to the full installation.. Asif looked at our current natural gas installation which was well dated and suggested a Zuba heat pump and a Rheem water heater. This solution was more expensive than other proposals we got, but all these other proposals included a hybrid heat pump that included a gas furnace which we didn't want. Around 5 weeks after we decided to go with the full electric solution everything was installed. The crew worked very professionally, removing the old appliances and installing the heat pump solution. All the work was done without any disruption for us and everything worked very smooth. We are very satisfied with the job these guys did, everything was done in time and exactly to the price they stated in their proposal. I would hire them anytime again.

Great service, very professional. Everything was explained. The guy took care that nothing in my house was damaged by the huge hose he uses from there truck to my furnace. He explained any issues he found. Very good service, he seemed to care about providing excellent work. Would use them again in the future.

I had windows installed by Atlantic before and they work great. So I decided last year to go with Atlantic to have some more work done, in addition to windows this time I ordered 2 entrance doors as well. The installation was very good again. The windows work fine after a year. The problem is my main entrance door. The sweep below the door fell apart 3 weeks after installation. The service guy replaced it no problem but he said the door might have to be adjusted if this happens again. So now a bit over a year later the sweep is broken again. It is out of warranty and Atlantic is saying the inner sweep that breaks off is not really needed and I should cut it off. They also now say that they don't manufacture this sweep and can't really do anything about the design and quality. So I would have to buy a new, no mention about maybe fixing the door so the sweep doesn't break every year. I am not impressed with their doors I wouldn't recommend to buy doors from them, The windows are great but the door I wouldn't buy from them again. To tell me they can't really do anything about the sweep design since they buy it from somebody else is not re-assuring. If the stuff doesn't have the right quality or design don't sell it to me. Claus The service guy was here last week and replaced the door sweep. He was very professional and it took less then half an hour to do the work. I'll see how long this sweep lasts. Thanks for taking care of this problem. I'll update the ratings accordingly. For the windows I give you a 5 for both categories but the doors get a 3 for now. Claus
