Called Expert Insulation at random to find out if anything could be done to improve a couple cold bedrooms. Chris called back the same day to setup a consultation. He showed up on time and was able to honestly tell me what I would be up against to fix my issue. Not wanting to do a major demo/repair at this time he also recommended inspecting my attic even though to my knowledge the attic insulation had been updated within the last 10 years. Glad he did as with my home being older there was no air flow due to build designs from the 70's. Through his experience and expertise a solution was proposed to fix and improve my new problem. Chris stayed professional from beginning to end by keeping me updated on when to expect his team. When his team showed up they also adhered to Chris's standard of Professionalism. Everyone was in good spirits and focused on the work at hand. Job was completed with no hiccups and my space was left probably cleaner than found. Would hands down recommend Expert Insulation to someone looking for a no nonsense approach to business. I appreciated talking to Chris as he was never trying to sell me on the repair.
