Our experience with RIKCAR was truly fantastic. Shane was knowledgeable and recognized immediately what needed to be corrected with our metal roof. They were booked for the next 2 months but Shane and Christian came on a weekend and doctored up the roof so it would not cause further damage. The crew returned earlier then expected and completely reinstalled the roof at a very fair price. They also followed up with us after a rain to ensure everything was functioning correctly. The guys were respectful of our property and the roof and eaves are perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Artisan Metal Roofing is actually the owner and three summer employees he pays cash. They are not certified or licensed and completely mislead us with their advertising and contract. They installed the roof completely wrong and we have several areas of damage as a result. Water is travelling underneath the panels and streaming out wherever it can. They altered their prices halfway through and workmanship is ridiculous. They are completely incompetent ! Beware

Artisan Metal Roofing is a fully licensed and insured roofing contractor. All employees are seasonally employed, are paid through standard payroll and are offered medical benefit packages. All licensing and certification are in compliance with the Province of Ontario. Contracts are produced before work begins. All work and pricing is agreed to by the client and the contractor at the time of signing. Prices cannot be legally altered unless approved by the client. An example of this price change is extensive wood rot which must be addressed before the project can continue in order to protect the integrity of the home. Artisan Metal Roofing is a Baeumler approved contractor with an excellent rating with the BBB. We take pride in our workmanship and skill which sets us apart from other metal roofing companies. Artisan takes pride in working with every customer to ensure full customer satisfaction, and provides a beautiful lifetime roofing system.
