I cant believe that we've been loyal customers since 2000 to such a crappy, substandard, greed driven company who treats their customers like garbage, have rude and verbally aggressive billing agents, provides ZERO customer service and cover for service reps pull who pull NO-SHOWS for installation jobs. They also charge exorbitant disconnection fees for substandard service and paltry equipment.
