We had more than 4 companies come out to quote our Aluminum Soffit and third story siding job. Some companies showed up in big fancy trucks and did not supply a written quotation. Custom Aluminum sent Bruce their salesperson. Bruce was an honest, diligent salesperson who was proactive when called upon. At the beginning of our installation of Hardie board we encountered an issue with the colour. The product was installed before we noticed that the custom colour that took two weeks to order was incorrect. That's when we met Danny the owner and he took charge to remedy the issue quickly. They lost more than a couple of days work because the product was already installed and it was a custom colour. In the end, both crews executed well and quality was never compromised. The installation quality exceeded our expectations. Because this job was initially estimated to be completed in a week, they had to switch crews because one of the crew had scheduled a vacation. Custom Aluminum sent another crew with the lead installer named Ibrahim. Ibrahim is a consummate professional. The reason we did not deduct anything from their score of 10-10 was because we are experienced with renovations and we understand that mistakes can happen. How mistakes are handled is what is most important, and in the end we were incredibly happy with the resolution and work done by Custom Aluminum. We have again called Custom Aluminum back for another job and we look forward to working with their team again.

We had our basement underpinned in Toronto with Carl and his crew 3 years ago. Recently we had a storm and the back up battery for the sump pump Canada Waterproofers installed didn't work. Carl came out within a couple of days to look at it and it was a simple fuse. He also noticed that we had a leak in our waterline and advised that he had a plumber that could fix it for us. Valentin his plumber called me in the evening, booked an appointment, confirmed his appointment and fixed our issue promptly and efficiently. From the moment of my first phone conversation with Brad, I knew we found the right place to purchase our fireplace. The first thing was finding the right unit and they sell the Quadra Fire units. Doug came out for consultation. I am familiar with building science, but not fireplaces. Doug is a wealth of knowledge and experience. He showed me what needed to be complete before the installation and worked with me for the following six months to ensure we would be WETT certified. I would also receive calls along the (even though I have a USA area code) asking about my progress from Brad, Sophia and Dave. I felt like I was working with a company that sincerely cared about my project. If you're looking for a wood burning fireplace, want to be treated like a family member with experienced people I recommend trying Kastle Fireplace.
