Contacted the company for technical assistance on Saturday. The employee was extremely rude, mocked my voice and accent. Told me not to ask questions when he speaks. The issues was not resolved. Stay away. They are only good when they need you to sign up. If a service person allows himself to talk to clients in such a manner, it is indicative of the company's broader attitude.
