Nola in Vancouver

Just had the glass in my bay windows replaced by 24Hour Glass and was really pleased with their service. Would recommend this company without hesitation. PROS: • All staff were exceptionally courteous. • Best price of the five places I contacted (two didn't reply). I didn't pick them because of lowest price, I look at many factors before deciding. • Family-owned (that's a plus in my books). • Took care of details far beyond expectation. CONS: • Took 3 business days to respond to quote request. Turns out that this seems to be the industry standard. I don't have a problem waiting 3+ days to receive a quote, but it would be nice that quote request is acknowledged beforehand.
