I needed only the lower panel on one of my garage doors replaced. Royal installed the 3 doors when I built the house back in 1998 and they held up quite well. A clogged gutter caused water to overflow and bounce down in front of one door. This caused the lower door panel to rot. I called Royal and they were very understanding. They worked out a solution: Instead of replacing all three doors, they offered to remove the bad panel, make a new panel using the original panel inserts from my door and then come back and install it. It was thought that the original panels were not available and also because they had been custom sanded by my painter, the best thing was to re-use them. But Royal did better, they were able to replace and reshape the new panels to match my originals. Needless to say the door turned out great and you would not know its not the original. Very happy and satisfied, the price was fair and reasonable. Thanks Royal.
