Excellent service from initial contact to completion. I had recently had a new roof and skylights installed and the ceiling repaired after a major leak. I was looking for someone to assess what needed to be done about the insulation in the attic, and I needed an environmentally friendly solution. Claudia at EcoComfort responded very promptly to my request for a quote, and Wojtek arrived right on time to inspect the attic. He explained that there was currently only a thin layer and exactly how much more was required for proper insulation, including baffles needed for airflow, and including properly insulating and sealing the hatch. I was given a reasonable quote right then and told when the work could be scheduled. Brandon and Patrick arrived on time, proceeded with confidence to conduct the work required, no mess but vacuumed anyway, then charged my Visa right there with the machine, which is so convenient. These are knowledgeable, pleasant professional people to deal with, they are experts at insulation, and at customer service and support. They were experts who made the whole experience very easy for me, thank you. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

After 22 years, all 12 of my Hunter Douglas Duette shades needed some repair. Not quite ready to splurge on brand new blinds, I called We Do Blinds hoping they could be repaired at a reasonable price. Stella returned my call promptly, took down all the particulars, and called me back in a few hours with a reasonable estimate, right in the ballpark of what I was prepared to pay to get them fixed. Nick arrived at my home right on time as scheduled to assess exactly what would be required, removed three blinds too complicated to be repaired on-site, returned 48 hours later to install the repaired blinds, and to fix the remaining ones. He worked very expertly, and in no time all my blinds were working perfectly again. The service was excellent, professional and friendly from initial call to completion. The repaired blinds have been operating like new for the past two months. My husband and I are extremely happy with the results. This is the company I will call when I decide to buy new blinds. Until then, I now have blinds that work beautifully at very little expense. I am very grateful to have found a good business offering a worthwhile service like this.
