Chris was highly recommended by our agent, and we were able to be present during the inspection. He was thorough and detailed, while taking the time to explain his findings to us. After buying our unit a more detailed engineering report of our building has been done; and is congruent with the findings from Chris. His inspection allowed us to anticipate and account for the repairs required.

Hi Mike, It's always nice to hear that findings of our time and cost limited buyers inspection are the same as a much more expensive and prolonged engineering report done for the condominium strata. You also raise an interesting point about agent recommended inspectors. Some people are suspicious when their agents recommend inspectors, at times with good reason. That said there are many good agents recommending talented inspectors because they want the best for their clients.
