I hired MB Steam Clean to do a move-out carpet clean when we moved out of our house in the burbs and Matt did a great job. He was on time, quick, and the carpets looked great. When it was time for our new inner-city house to get a clean I knew I'd call him first. On the day of the clean they had troubles finding parking and tried to cancel on us which was frustrating, but eventually we convinced them to stay to do the job. After the clean, the carpets in the basement were rippled which we were told was normal and Matt came back to fix it after they had dried. Overall I am happy with the customer service and follow up that we received. I would definitely use MB Steam Clean again - though maybe not until I have a place with better parking!

We had our carpets cleaned and the carpet in the basement ended up all warped. Tim came and fixed it in under an hour for a great price. I'd highly recommend him!

We recently moved into a new house with a new central vacuum installed but the previous owners didn't leave the power hose or power head for the vacuum. Luckily, Vacuum Specialists is just up the street from me so I popped in and was given some amazing customer service. I have never owned central vac before so I didn't really know anything about it and the guys there were all very helpful. Two weeks later the vacuum itself dies!! I called Vacuum Specialists to come make a house call and the unit was dead. Moe went through what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and helped me choose the right replacement vacuum. Less than a week later it is installed and running like a dream. Super quiet, very powerful suction and not too hard on the pocketbook, either.

I hired Brandon and the Super Duper Movers team to move my family from our large suburban home to a downtown condo. They showed up on time, fully prepared with all the moving supplies we needed and did an amazing job getting everything to the new place in one piece. Nothing was broken, nothing was damaged and the guys were a delight. I completely recommend doing the 'Go Green' option - they drop off some Rubbermaid tote boxes to pack in a week or so before moving day and then come pick them up when you've unpacked. They were much easier to pack and move than the cardboard moving boxes we had, they're way more durable, and it's better for the environment, too.
