I hired this company to do the flooring in my condo unit. I had an initial bad feeling about the project because I felt the owner was kind of pushy in booking the dates for the install, but I ignored them and went along with the installation anyway. I purchased quite a bit of extra overage for my floors, and was really disappointed when I specifically asked the installer (who wasn't the owner, and the owner who I booked with never once came to look at the job) to make sure he alternated boxes for the flooring so that multiple chunks of it weren't darker than others. He not only explicitly ignored this request, but since the install, I have noticed that there are multiple floorboards that are clearly the ones you would consider "waste" because the imperfections are so clear. This is the exact reason you buy extra boards - to ensure none of them look like this. On top of that, they weren't even installed in inconspicuous places like closets - they are right smack in the middle of my open concept kitchen and living room. Additionally, all of the quarter rounds they installed are already falling off, and the floor is clearly not installed tightly, there are visible gaps where the installer clearly just didn't pay attention to detail and ensure everything was snug. There are also major spots on the floors where there are depressions, and where I clearly saw him not being careful with the underpad so now the floor is uneven. Its extremely creaky, and just overall a very unsatisfactory installation job. I would NEVER recommend that anyone use this company moving forward, or really any of the other ones owned by the same owner (one is a Marble Restoration company). Buyer beware.
