Professional, fast and tidy. Berlin and Anthony were great!! We never had air conditioner in our home before, and I thought it would be difficult to accomplish because we had a finished basement. Berlin assured me it wouldn't be a problem and both he and Anthony determined to accomplish this and have the unit placed in my desired location.
