Caco from Air Force Duct cleaning did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional and polite. He informed me of the steps involved to properly clean the ducts. He answered all of my questions. He took precautions to protect the carpet on the stairs by covering the steps with a drape and then using the drape to wrap the large hose used to clean the ducts throughout my house. He wore protective covers over his shoes. He took the shoe covers off before he left the house to get necessary equipment and put the covers on again as soon as he came back into the house. He was very thorough in cleaning the ducts. He took pictures before and after. I was shocked by the amount of dust and debris that was in the ducts and how clean they looked after he was done. This is the first time I had the ducts cleaned in the 14 years I lived in my house. You can imagine how awful they looked! He added a botanical sanitizing and disinfectant to the ducts that had a wonderful thyme scent once they were cleaned. I was very impressed by Caco and his workmanship. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in having duct cleaning completed. Thank you Caco!

I contacted Canada Waterproofers after reviewing comments on HomeStars. Andrii responded to my email submission within a few minutes. After explaining the problem I had with water leaking into my basement, we arranged a time for him to come and assess the issue. He was professional and efficient with his assessment. However, what impressed me the most about Andrii was his integrity! Instead of telling me that I would need to have extensive work done to waterproof the external wall and replace weeping bed tile, he told me that the problem was a masonry and possibly a damaged external drain. He was transparent and didn't take advantage of the situation by saying I needed more work done than was necessary. He provided me with a name of a masonry and also gave me some advice on how to temporarily fix the external drain until I could get it fixed properly. He didn't charge me for his time. I greatly appreciated his help and honesty. I would highly recommend this company to others if they had similar problem. Secondly, Andrii gave me the name and number of a plumber, Valentyn to help me with a separate water leak on my dining room ceiling. I had contacted previous plumbers who either did not return my voicemail messages or did not show up when an appointment had been made on 3 occasions! Valentyn restored my faith in plumbers! He was true to his word and arrived on time. He was thorough with his assessment and determined the leak was most likely due to caulking that was poorly done around a corner of the tub. He re-caulked the area and explained the process to me so that I could do it in the future if needed. Once he finished, he made sure all the debris was cleaned up. As I mentioned before, he restored my faith in plumbers! I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

I tried calling a number of plumbers but no one got back to me. My hairstylist told me about Bob’s Plumbing Service. She gave me the number and someone returned my call later the same day! I explained what the problem was and he sent a pleasant young gentleman the next day. Zach fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up once he was done. He explained what needed to be done and even helped with another plumbing problem. I was very impressed by the timely and excellent service. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!
