thanks to the wonderful guidance of Mermaid Pools, we were able to buy the hot tub that suited our lifestyle and our budget. Not only did everything get delivered and installed as planned. Mermaid also sent someone to do the final installation as well as a thorough overview of the operation of the hot tub, as well as the art of balancing the chemicals of the hot tub. Thank you so much Mermaid Pools, but especially to Roxanne (sales rep) and Phil Gregory (spa services) for helping us get all set up!

We were beyond happy with the work that Jamie did for us! He is an extremely hard worker, very dedicated, and very talented! We put up the drywall ourselves (and it did not look perfect...), but with Jamie's skills, he made it look really smooth and professional.
