Draincom lowered the basement in our downtown Victorian this spring. The job came in on time and on budget. The crew was hard working and very nice. They cleaned up after themselves every day and kept us up to date on all the progress. Carl was our project manager and was always available. He checked in with us regularly and solved problems as they arose (and always do in a 100 year old house!) with little to no disruption to the progress of the job. It was a major reno that we had been dreading but it went very smoothly and we now enjoy a warm, dry comfortable basement.

We did a major basement Reno and Robert and his team from Climate Plus moved our furnace and totally rebuilt the duct system. The work was exceptionally well done and done on time. Robert's attention to detail, professionalism and hard work were much appreciated. He is reliable and takes pride in his work which results in a job well done. We'll be using him for all our future furnace upkeep and recommending him to anyone who asks.

We were referred to Rocco by our contractor and were so happy to work with him. He returned our calls promptly, was efficient and flexible with the drawings and took care of all our permits. He was very friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
