Tile City looks jumbled and rather run-down but the staff is very knowledge and helpful. They have a great selection of tiles at decent prices. When they weren't able to bring the tiles that we had ordered in a timely fashion (NOT at all their fault), they very graciously allowed us to choose similar tiles that were more expensive without charging us more. That's what I call great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our windows are gorgeous! We are very satisfied with everything, from the quote process right through to the end of installation. Alex took so much time to give us all the information we needed before we signed the contract. He was very quick to reply to any questions. The Sikora windows that his team put in are as excellent as we expected.Their workmanship is superb. Cleanup was no problem as they were neat and tidy throughout the whole process. The price was fair. We are very glad that we went with Alex and his team. We have and would recommend them to our friends and family.
