Mark returned my call immediately, and came to the house to show me samples and measure and tried to get the installation asap. And was always responsive. The installers were professional, did a great job, cleaned up and were gone within 3 hours.

Called for a quote to spot grind and spot tuck point entire left chimney from ground up. Ted came within the next few days. We then requested additional quote for additional work. Couldn't confirm if it was required until they were doing the work- but it would be no more than an additional $400. It was not required, and the repair person was polite and worked till he finished the work. He removed as much of the debris as possibly, given it was already dark! I would recommend this company.

I had visited showrooms & searched the internet looking for a sleek frameless shower (bath) enclosure. Quality Glass shower (over the phone) made great suggestions, and came back with a quote very quickly. Once I accepted it, they scheduled installers to do exact measurements at my home. Within a week, they were back, with the product and installed it beautifully. I was very impressed with their care in ensuring they made no mess. They even brought something to put on the floor, so nothing would get scratched or damaged. We (my husband and I) had done some caulking previously that wasn't perfect - and they have kindly said they would come back (once we remove it) and professinally recaulk it (at no charge).

I had gone to several lighting stores, and I found the best selection in Union lightings showroom. I've been there several times previously, and this time the salesperson was fabulous. I told him what I was looking for - and he made great recommendations. I must have returned 3 or 4 times, still asking questions - and he was wonderfully accomodating. I changed my mind on one of the fixtures, and had no problem returning it. Overall, I would recommend the store. Pricing is comparable to other stores in Canada - but sometimes it's frustrating to go onto US lighting websites and see the same manufacturer at a better price.

The salesperson patiently spent time showing me various tiles that met my criteria. He gave me samples of all, (no charge) and provided me with pricing based on my appx. dimensions. He followed up occassionally - and I felt no pressure. When I finally was ready to order (about 4 months later), he reviewed everything and we placed the order hassle free. He also worked with their designers to recommend the grout that would work well.
