Our strangely configured little basement had been unused since we purchased our home 10 years ago. We decided we needed to clean it up and make it functional. I did the demo and set out to find a contractor to put it together. Niall was the only contractor who asked what our budget was and then opened up the conversation to what could be accomplished within that budget. The work included framing, insulation of walls and ceiling, all new electrical, installing pot-lights, drywall, trim work and flooring installation. Additional work included relocating our water heater to the furnace room and building of two closets, one under the stairs and converting a cold room into a closet. Niall, Billy and Steve were a pleasure to deal with. Smart, talented, punctual and personable. We are extremely pleased with the results and look forward to our next project with them.

I called Evgeny in the morning and he was able to come within a few hours. He explained his costs upfront which I really appreciated. He did a thorough job in figuring out what was wrong with my fridge, explained my options, and his warranty for parts. He also provided some very good advice about shopping for appliances. He came prepared with his own shoe coverings and wore a face mask before he entered. He was very respectful of social distancing.
