Jason was great to work with. Very friendly and easy going. We felt very comfortable leaving him in our home while we both went out to work. Our adventure started with our bathtub having a large scratch which had started rotting through the tub. We called Jason to come and repair it but he was very honest in telling us he could fix it but could not guarantee the repair so if in 2 months or 6 months the spot gave way we could be faced with water damage and then the effort of replacing the bathtub. Since the plan was already to do a reno to the bathroom by replacing the toilet and vanity (which we had already purchased) we decided to purchase a new bathtub (which Jason graciously offered to go and pick up for us). The old bathtub was a jacuzzi with motor and pipes so not feeling comfortable removing it, we hired Absolute Tubs to install the bathtub (thank goodness because it turned into a nightmare since the bathroom is so small), toilet and vanity and to do the tiling around the tub. There were a few hiccups along the way but luckily through Jason he was able to get them fixed. Because we were inexperienced we bought a vanity that we liked and not one that was the same size as the previous (it was probably 2" wider). After a hole had been cut in the back of the cabinet to install it, I arrived home to find out there would not be enough room to sit comfortably on the toilet beside the vanity (yes we have a very small washroom). We wish that measurements had been taken to make sure it would fit before cutting it. Luckily Jason found the man to move the toilet over (even after the ceramic floor was down) and it worked out in the end . Jason did a good job of covering the path he used to get in and out of the house to protect the floor and did a wonderful clean up job. We would recommend Absolute Tubs for your bathroom renovations.
