i called to get an estimate for a concrete patio. was told someone would come out that night to take a look. not only did no one show up, when i called the next day, i was told it was too small of a job to even come out and look. didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me that the night before...left me waiting when they knew they weren't going to do the job.....do you want to do business with someone like that?
installing hvac from electric heating
since my electric heating bills were killing me and i had no a/c, i hired this company to install new hvac and duct work and a gas fireplace. OMG!! they do not know what they are doing. they had a rep from the fireplace manufacturer to come down to figure out why it wasnt working (turns out goosen switched the pipes around for air intake and exhaust...duh) and i only have heat on one side of the house. im relying on the gas fireplace for heat until i can afford to have someone else fix thier work. awful, awful, awful job.
bathroom floor and shower walls
DO NOT USE. improperly prepared my bathroom floor and then was left to me to repair the cracked grout and popping tiles. also grouted between tile and bathtub instead of caulking it. if you're in the tile business and don't know this, then you should change your career. what a waste of money.
