Before contacting Window View, I was stuck in an unfortunate situation... My previous general contractor had purchased a door and windows, then abandoned me part way through a large renovation. It turned out the products that were purchased months prior weren't properly measured, and the door swung the wrong way! Being on a tight budget and timeline (expecting a baby in a few weeks) we needed the job done quickly while using as much of the purchased materials as possible. Ethem swooped in and saved the day with a great price and timeline! He even assisted me in returning/exchanging the door for one with the proper configuration! Being in a 100+ year old home, we ran into a few unexpected challenges, but Window View solved them smoothly within the quote and scheduled time. even helped (attempt to) return the door and pick up a new one.
