We bought an expensive ceiling fan ($600.00) that had to be ordered in. When it arrived and we paid for it in full, we got it home to find out it was not at all as described. When we tried to return it we were charged a 50% return fee! We contacted the manufacturer and were told that they did not charge for returns, just the shipping back to the supplier. If you order a fixture from this company make sure you examine the item before you pay for it or be out hundreds of dollars.
