weiner in Richmond Hill

I hired Shem an old neighbour to do a job to interlock my drive way and front walk around the house to the back. He had built a retaining wall that is shotty work and needs to be replace because no crib structure. We started this job 5 months ago and paid him 2/3 of the cost of the job. He makes promises and never keeps them. Says he is going to show up and no show and does not answer his calls. I have hired a reputable company to repair and finish the job. Never, ever, hire Shem!
