I had a toilet tank that kept flushing on its own. Over time, the refill rate slowed down to a trickle. The tap on the basin was dripping. The first technician came, replaced a toilet part and said he would hunt down a tap part. I said I would go online as well. I found out that my taps have a lifetime warranty. They simply sent me a replacement at no charge. The toilet started self flushing again. The issue was not fixed and I was charged for the call and a part. I became angry and talked to Daniel, the owner. Daniel was immediately responsive and came personally. He fixed the toilet tank by replacing another part. The toilet flushed normally again. He also installed the tap part. He did all this as a goodwill gesture. He did not charge me anything for his call.

They sent 3 people. One cleaned the ensuite bathroom, one did the guest bathroom and one did the kitchen. Each spent the whole 2 hours doing only that. The ensuite bathroom had to be redone by a follow up call after I sent photos of the areas not done. The person doing the kitchen cleaned the stove top, washed the cutting board and took away the recyclables. He did not clean the sink, counters or refrigerator. Just before leaving, I pointed out that they did not do the vacuuming. He used my Miele vacuumed and clogged it up with something large. He then finished the job with their vacuum. I booked their carpet cleaning service at the same time, for a different date. The man came with outdated equipment that was inadequate for doing the deep clean as advertised. I had deep stains that were brought to the surface after a carpet cleaning about a month ago. The carpet cleaning should have removed them. The equipment used this time was too old and did not resemble any professional carpet cleaning machine.
