I have had intermittent leaks for a few years and could not identify the source. We called the Roofdoctor and solved it in minutes! The chimney flashing was compromised because it was never repaired properly when re-roofed (house in 60 years old). The techs remover layer upon layer of old rotting materials and re-flashed, using a double flashing. Excellent work, professional, prompt, etc. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for and they are worth it! Highly recommended.
