We moved into a condo and called JPS to look at and tune-up our air conditioning system. JPS responded quickly and sent a technician (Grayson Lucas) to provide the service. He did the tune-up and answered all our questions and made recommendations. We are very happy with the service and especially with the technician. A great job....Thank you Grayson and JPS.

We had all of our doors and windows replaced in two phases (one each year). We did obtain three different quotes (Supreme was # 2 for price - but price was not our only consideration). What really sold us was Karl's personal attention to our needs and the suggestions that he made when he visited our home for measurements. His quote also listed each window and door separately which was really helpful. The install crew did a wonderful job. The door and window trim was delivered in advance ( I was able to stain them before the installation ). We left the house while the work was being done and when we returned the crew was gone, there was no mess to clean up and the job was complete. Wow ! There were a couple of adjustments that needed to be done after each phase. I spoke with Dave in the service department and he dispatched someone to take care of it right away. I will certainly recommend both Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows to my friends. Superior service definitely sets you apart from the rest ! Kudos for a job well done ! Wayne & Christina Power
