We had a great experience with Brock windows for our front windows in 2017. So we went with them again to replace our ground floor back windows and door in 2018. Much worse experience, unfortunately. We had ordered the windows and door in the late summer of 2018 and are still dealing with them as of March of 2019!!! The installation kept being pushed back and they were not great with communication (calling back my husband who left a number of messages). And when the windows came, one pane was broken. They said they'd replace it and weeks later, when they came to replace the broken pane, it was the wrong pane!!! Two months after that, the piece came, and due to a manufacturing defect, the window was still broken on the side and it won't stay open. Suffice it to say, we're not pleased with our experience this time around. Now I would not recommend Brock windows to others.

Brian MacDonald (Technician) was sent by Mr. Rooter and arrived within 1 hour of calling the service. He was very friendly and professional and offered some advice on our plumbing in other areas of our house as well. His work was quick, efficient and very competent. After our positive experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
