Trigger and Carl have HUGE hearts. They are also the best movers I have ever dealt with. When moving my aunt to her retirement home they were advisors and planners and helped make the transition smooth and as stress free as possible. They work until the job is done and their rates are very fair and reasonable. You won’t go wrong with this lovely team and for us they also have become friends. They are good people. Call them. Nick, the owner at Shulist, did a great job on replacing our roof back in 2013. at that time, we didn't do a review, but he ended up replacing a lot more of the plywood that originally estimated. he did not charge us extra, and finished on schedule, on time, no surprises, and a really nice guy. The reason i am writing this is that 5 years later, we had a small leak. having just had our basement flooded, we are a bit sensitive, and when i saw some staining on our ceiling, i called Shulist to check our roof for leaks. as it turns out, the problem was not with the roof it was with our septic vent which had cracked bit above the roof line and with the torrential storms we've had, water found it's way in through the attic. He sealed it, checked over the rest of the roof and was off, no charge (even though this was not a roofing issue). if you need a new roof, price is competitive, but I bet it will probably be your lowest cost over time all-in, and he stands by his work.
