It was a big decision! We replaced all of our windows. Karl came out and measured and quoted. Karl was knowledgeable, articulate, compassionate, extremely accurate! All of our blinds fit back in perfectly! It was a true pleasure dealing with him as he listened and kindly alleviated all of our concerns. The installers on this job went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. What a difference with new windows, the outside noises stay outside, certainly quieter in our home with the installation of the new windows. Thanks Karl and team for a job well done.
