We did get other quotes and of course, this led to me asking many questions (RYOL came in at 1/3 the price of another company). Sumeyra answered them quickly, clearly and was very informative. Conversing with Sumeyra made any hesitations we may have had disappear. When Riza came out to do the work, he was on time, extremely pleasant to deal with and said to me, "I will treat your house like it was my own". That stood for something with us and boy, were we blown away by the quality work that Riza completed. I am very happy with the A/C unit that we had purchased for our home in west Edmonton. I have continued to get the service yearly to ensure our unit is running efficiently.
