We needed eaves replaced. I got a quote from Hubbard and was put into the cue. I told them I would remove the old tin so I could paint behind the new stuff before it was installed. I was told to let them know as soon as I was done because they were making good progress on other jobs and they could likely bump me up sooner. I did so but they didn't come until originally scheduled anyway. And I wasn't contacted prior to their arrival. They were simply there one morning. These are petty problems but worth noting. The work itself was well done. The crew was friendly and efficient. They made suggestions on the spot and were careful to be sure they were putting everything (downspouts) where I wanted them or where they made the most sense. They cleaned up all the old tin I removed and after themselves as well. I would use them again for this type of work. No issues so far with the work/product. Just a bit better communication and I'd have given a 10/10.
