I contacted Joseph based on his Home Stars profile and am happy to confirm his high rating is well deserved. I needed a railing installed on my backyard stone steps for my mother so she could safely use the steps with her cane. Joseph responded to my emails quickly and communicated the details of the job well. I appreciated that as so many contractors ghost people these days. Joseph said he would do his best to complete the job as quickly possible so my mother could use the backyard and he did. He was true to his word. I would absolutely use his services again without reservation. Thank you Joseph!!!

I am very happy with the service I received from Repaircare. Floyd was the brave soul who took on the task of figuring out what the heck was wrong with our Maytag Bravos XL washing machine, after three previous technicians (not from Repaircare) did nothing- but charged me $75 each time for the pleasure of their incompetence ? Floyd figured it out in minutes and his suspicions were confirmed once he removed the electronic display- all this time it was a short in the wire connection. Had any of the previous technicians done the job, I could have ordered a new panel while the machine was under warranty. Unfortunately I'm now responsible for paying $300 for a new electronic panel. However, I am very grateful to Floyd whose experience and knowledge solved a problem that has plagued this washing machine for five and a half years now. He is a super friendly guy too who also provided some tips about my fridge while he was here, which was very helpful too. I would 100% recommend Repaircare??

Had a difficult time deciding what alarm company to use when my ADT contract expired (that company was a huge disappointment), so I researched and read reviews for many alarm companies. Protection Plus' reviews were consistently good. We set up our alarm system through Protection Plus and are enormously pleased with their customer service and installation. I would recommend this company without any reservation.
