I hired Chris to do an inspection of an older condo on which I had an accepted offer. He provided a comprehensive inspection of the unit and of the building, which enabled me to make an informed decision on whether i would remove subjects. As a first-time home-buyer attempting to break into the Vancouver Condo market, my search was stressful, but having a good inspector that I felt I could trust at least minimized one major source of anxiety.
