The negligence of Cody and his company resulted in excavated dirt from my yard being dumped on a roadway near my house and the blocking of that road. Town bylaw enforcement issued an order against me. Cody was unresponsive to my emails and calls to have him remove the debris. I therefore did it myself in order to meet the time frame required by the town. I wheelbarrowed the debris to the end of my driveway and Cody still would not respond about removing it. I hired a different contractor to do that plus pressure wash the driveway. The cost was $700. Cody won't respond to my request that he reimburse me. An additional issue was that Cody was to put topsoil in an area of the backyard of about 180 sq.ft. to create a flower bed. Instead, he filled the back garden was filled with sand, not topsoil. Stay away from this company as long as Cody is in charge.

This last point was very important to me because I needed the range to fit in a bit of a strange location in my existing kitchen (it is on an angle in a corner). The level of service he provided to ensure there would be no errors in my selection was phenomenal.
