Gale in Mississauga

I purchased a storm door from Rona and used them for the installation. They were very helpful in-store with the selection of the door and explained the process of getting the install done. On install day John arrived and got to work immediately. The door looked good and all went well, however a few days later I noticed that the bottom of the door did not line up with the sill. There was a bit of a gap. I called the store and they sent the installer back immediately. He had to make a few minor adjustments and the door was fine. He apologized for not noticing that before he left the first time and said to call him again if anything else needed to be looked at. I didn't need to, but I was impressed with his professionalism.

Water in the pipe in my garage caused it to burst. Alex repaired it and provided great information on how to avoid the same problem in the future. He began by installing the pipe on a slight incline to aid in water drainage. Then he took me to the basement and showed me how to drain the pipe and the little feature on the valve that I wasn't even aware of. He made great suggestions and made sure I understood. He explained very clearly and I haven't forgotten the lesson and I haven't had the same problem again.
