Because of your efforts to save a few dollars by not excavating out the agreed upon earth, you've costed me time, and money. How any former in their right mind could think pouring concrete 3" over the base of my basement window is beyond me. Clearly you don't know the difference between a patio and a deck. I should have gone with another company as soon as I seen the corners cut on Friday. I gave you another chance to rectify it and it's more of the same. Try to talk with Pete, and he just screams not to tell him how to do his job. I've actually stopped the work and had the crew leave.
