Signed a 5 year contract with AAA after their salesguy told us what a wonderful and responsible company they were.Less than 12 months later the system failed and they would not send a tech to repair. A couple of months later the panel caught fire (still no tech) and they wouldn't send anyone as the techs didn't work on weekends. I had to disassemble myself and AAA is totally unreasonable, they just keep telling me I have to pay until the 5 years is up. Do not recommend this company to your friends and loved ones, you wouldn't want their disaster on your shoulders.
