I woke up this morning with no air, knowing it was going to be the hottest weekend we have had so far we called Roy Inch and the said up an appointment for this afternoon. Josh was our service guy and he was amazing! Explained everything to us and answer about a billion questions we had. He was honest and was not trying to push us to buy stuff. We did buy a service plan which made the price higher but totally worth it. He got us cooling off and gave us some good advice we are going to follow about maintaining these systems. Thanks Josh we appreciate your time and professionalism.
