Im getting a new washing machine and noticed when I shut off the valve and removed the hoses water was still dripping out. Fabio came and took a look and let me know what part was needed (it was nonstandard) and then came back to install. I would really recommend Fabio - he is very quick to respond and trustworthy. I thought I would need an outdoor tap replaced but when he investigated further it was working fine.

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job! They showed up as promised, completed the work as discussed, and cleaned everything before they left. Work completed: removed existing shingles, installed new membrane, shingles, and roof vents. Also, installed new eavesthroughs, soffits, downspouts and capped the frieze board, facia, and picture window. While they did a really good job what was invaluable to me was the feedback I received regarding changing the existing colour. Jason was very patient answering all my questions and made sure that I had a clear vision of the final product before proceeding. I would never had thought about capping the frieze board and facia but am I ever glad I did, as it complements the eaves and roof wonderfully. I never thought that I would receive so many compliments on the roof and eaves but it has really improved the overall aesthetics of the house. I have recommended Canadian Roofing to my neighbours and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofer to do a good job for a good price.
