Drainworks said they would call to confirm the appointment time and they did. Lou turned up at precisely the agreed time. The work was done in a timely manner. Lou was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and left our bathroom in the same state he found it. He told me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what it would cost.
